Brian Nguyen
Executive Principal

Founder and Principal, IPN Communications, Inc
Founder and Principal, Preston Capital, Inc

Mr. Nguyen is a Principal and founder of Preston Capital, managed and oversees acquisitions, investments, development activities for Preston Capital. In this position, he is responsible for Preston Capital’s acquisition and redevelopment efforts in United State and oversea. In addition, he is also a member of the Investment Committee and a member of the Asset Management Committee.

Prior to co-founding Preston Capital, Mr. Nguyen was involved in a number of successful entrepreneurial activities, which developed a variety of residential properties in Los Angeles. He also serves on the boards of a privately held company in Vietnam and real estate development projects. Prior to his Real estate venture, he was actively involved in Telecommunication Industry and has founded IPN Communications, Inc that sold to a public trading company in USA in 2003 and served as its consultant who oversea IPN's operation until 2006

He received his B.S. in Finance from California State University of Los Angeles, and received his Master in Finance from California State University, San Bernardino.
